Integra Bank’s 2003 Annual Report needed to present and help launch a new customer service program named “I care”. To solve this challenge, we used close-up personal photos of customers and the employees who served them. This approach really captured the individuality of the people who serve and those served. Each customer and bank employee were paired and printed as a spread. Customer and banker faced one another in a one on one fashion.
