ChitChat was the new online banking mobile alert brand for Integra Bank. This was a new service to banking and to Integra. It allowed customers to simply send the bank a text to retrieve basic information about their accounts. It also allowed the transference of money between accounts just from simple text commands.

We decided on ChitChat for the name of this brand because we felt it conveyed a friendly back and forth dialogue between the bank and customer. For the launch, we created in-branch collateral consisting of handouts, ceiling danglers, 22×28 posters, and clear static clings that were installed at all 80+ of the Integra locations. We also designed and developed new web pages to add to the successful launch of the ChitChat brand.
